Stéphanie Desforges is director of business and strategic development at the Port of Saguenay. She is in charge of corporate positioning, government relations and development of the Port Authority and its Industrial Port Zone.

Throughout her career, her efficiency, pragmatism, and ability to quickly grasp critical goals have enabled her to guide several organisations and business managers through public and government relation issues, as well as strategic planning. Prior to joining Port of Saguenay, she also worked alongside ministers and party leaders in Quebec City and Ottawa, having previously gained experience in the information media.

Stéphanie Desforges is the holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications and a Master’s of Public Administration. She sits on the Board of the Société d’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
